Welcome to NEConnect! Our organization was founded in August 2004 as the NYNJ Blackboard Users Group and has grown to include the entire North East region of not only Blackboard users, but also users who adopt many different course management systems, as they venture to explore the new educational paradigm called distance learning.
We invite you to join us as we examine current research in the field, consider new approaches to teaching online, explore new technologies, and share our best practices with one another.
You will find that NEConnect is a very inclusive organization consisting of administrators, developers, faculty, staff, vendors, and students. All individuals, institutions, and organizations involved in online education are encouraged to join us.
